Dipity ACL Sweepstakes — Official Rules

Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Texas who are at least 18 years old when they enter. Sponsor’s officers, directors, employees, contractors, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at [START DATE AND TIME, CENTRAL TIME] and ends at September 26th, 2026 at 12:00pm CST (“Promotion Period”).
Prize
One winner will receive two (2) Weekend 1 ACL Festival 2026 General Admission wristbands. Approximate retail value: $730.
Travel, lodging, meals, parking, taxes, and other expenses are not included. Prize is subject to ACL Festival and Front Gate Tickets policies. Dipity is not affiliated with ACL Festival.
How to Enter
Entrants must choose one platform—Instagram or TikTok—and may not enter through both platforms.
Instagram Entry
During the Promotion Period, an entrant must:
Follow @Dipity on Instagram;
Share Sponsor’s designated Instagram Reel to a public Instagram Story;
Tag @Dipity in that Story;
Download the free Dipity app and create a free account before the end of the Promotion Period; and
A valid Instagram Entry receives one (1) entry.
An entrant may receive one (1) additional entry by tagging one real person in the same Instagram comment. The tagged person does not automatically receive an entry. Each entrant may receive no more than two (2) total entries.
TikTok Entry
During the Promotion Period, an entrant must:
Follow @Dipity on TikTok;
Repost Sponsor’s designated TikTok video from a public TikTok account;
Download the free Dipity app and create a free account before the end of the Promotion Period; and
Comment #DipityACLSweepstakes on Sponsor’s designated TikTok video.
A valid TikTok Entry receives one (1) entry.
An entrant may receive one (1) additional entry by tagging one real person in the same TikTok comment. The tagged person does not automatically receive an entry. Each entrant may receive no more than two (2) total entries.
Automated, duplicate, fake, manipulated, or fraudulent accounts and entries are not eligible. Reposts, follows, Stories, and public account status must remain in place through winner verification.
Alternative Method of Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter without Instagram, TikTok, following Dipity, reposting content, tagging a friend, or downloading Dipity, send one email during the Promotion Period to johnnysartore@dipity.events with the subject line “Dipity ACL Sweepstakes Entry.”
The email must include the entrant’s full name, email address, and the statement: “I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Texas.”
Each valid Alternative Method of Entry receives two (2) entries, equal to the maximum number available through Instagram or TikTok. Entrants may use only one entry method.
Winner Selection and Verification
On or about September 26th, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner and two alternate potential winners from all eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify the potential winner through Instagram or TikTok direct message, or email for Alternative Method of Entry participants.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours. To claim the prize, the potential winner must provide the phone number or email associated with their Dipity account, if applicable; sign an eligibility affidavit; and, upon request, provide reasonable proof that they are at least 18 years old and a Texas resident.
A current Texas driver’s license or state ID is acceptable proof. Sponsor may accept other reasonable proof of Texas residency. If a potential winner does not respond, cannot verify eligibility, or has not complied with these Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or inconsistent with these Rules.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with ACL Festival, Instagram, Meta, or TikTok. Participants release those parties from claims relating to the Sweepstakes.
